materials remain the sole intellectual property of Daniel Chemla. Access to this
product is granted only as a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the
delivered system for internal business purposes.
By accepting, you acknowledge that you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share,
sublicense, reverse engineer, alter, edit, adapt, or create derivative works from any
part of this application or its codebase without Daniel Chemla's prior written consent.
Daniel Chemla is not responsible for external or third-party issues arising from your
use of this application, including complaints, disputes, platform restrictions,
journalist objections, website changes, blocked access, data inaccuracies, service
interruptions, or any operational, legal, or reputational consequences connected to how
the tool is used after delivery.
Declining will keep the application restricted until these conditions are accepted.
